Financial Policies

Muscle Works Inc. has three payment options to help our patients with convenience and economy.

We accept all cards, cash, and checks.

1. Each office visit is 125.00 dollars per half hour, not including any supplements that you may need.

We discount the fee to 55.00 dollars for patients without health insurance.

2. Patients with insurance will pay 55.00 at each visit, and Muscle Works Inc. will bill the insurance company for the balance.  Muscle Works will accept the insurance reimbursement as payment in full, and no further payment from the patient will be required.

3. Patients with insurance will pay their insurance copay at each office visit, and Muscle Works Inc. will bill insurance. The balance will be the responsibility of the patient. (This is the most expensive option)

Patients with insurance cannot opt for the cash only program.

Muscle Works Inc. also takes Workers Compensation cases and Personal Injury cases, where there is no out of pocket expense for the patient.
